Modifying effect of believing in Day of Judgment on the relation between believing in just and unjust world and psychological well being

Abstract:
the research was conducted to investigate the impact of “believing in Day of Judgment” and “believing in just Day of Judgment” on the relationship between “believing in just and unjust world for oneself and others” and “psychological well – being”. The participants were students of psychology among whom 267 were selected and asked to fill in the questionnaires on believing in the other world, believing in the just other world, believing in just and unjust world for oneself and others, and psychological well – being. The results reveal staggering relationship between “believing in questionnaires” and “believing in the just world for the other people” and “perceived psychological well – being” (p>0/01).The results of hierarchical regression analysis revealed that “believing in Day of Judgment” modifies the relationship between “believing in just world for the others” and perceived well –being”.
