Identifying the Aspects of Ideal and Spiritual Based Organization in Iran Supreme Education (Islamic Approach)

Environmental changes in modern era enforce organizations to demonstrate different methods and propagations. There are many advantages in spirituality among organization and employees. It also brings more efficiency in labor environment and more important, inner satisfaction and tranquility. The present article aims to plan a model of ideal and spiritual based organization in supreme education of Iran. The author of the research uses two-phase method. The first qualitative phase includes Delphi method strategy (use of experts) and descriptive – fundamental and practical. The approach of the research in the first phase is deductive reasoning. The statistical community of this study in the first phase included experts using snowball sampling (non-random). The results of the survey –based on experts ideas and viewpoints in management, organization- recognizes many features that based on averages, and standard deviation identifies 47 components in 14 forms. The author of the article based on Delphi method concludes that in addition of components derived from expert's viewpoints; the following valuable aspects are also identified and led to a concepts model of ideal and spiritual based organization in supreme education: faith including confidence in god, adaptation to environment and virtues such as honesty, justice, sympathy, forgiveness, respect…
