Moral Value Priorities of Students, Professors and Propagation Centers of Values in Universities

This article discusses the social values priorities from viewpoint of university members. The paper considers the collection of general social values and values in scientific areas that form the social capital of each community, group, institute and organization. The method of article is survey and descriptive research. The unit of analysis is" person" (professors, scholars and cultural managers in university). The results of the study indicate the relationship between some criteria's and moral value priorities system of students and professors. Including a significant relationship between religious value criteria's and gender, Educational level and occupation. The data and analysis indicate the importance of developing the following moral values in universities: responsibility, generation of sciences, proficiency, philology, generalized compliance, law abiding, rationality, research, the ethos of science, and criticism, moral development, justice and freedom. The author of the paper concludes the importance of all social values in universities and in this way, more focus should be on those values containing special function in universities.
