Principles of Criminalization of Instances of Organized Crimes In National and International Laws

This article aims to provide a framework for investigating concept of organized crimes and their instances with examining the most important regional and international documents.Then bilateral agreements that Iranian government has sealed with other governmentson fight against organized crimes would be taken into account in respect of applicability and comprehensiveness. In the end instances of criminalization of organized crimes in penal codes of Iran would be considered to demonstrate legal and juridical gaps relating to this field.
