Abstract:
Organized crimes and their effects are considered as a serious threat to global security. But it is not surprising that internal efforts of countries to fight this globalthreat would not suffice, since these crimes are committed beyond borders andno country is immune from this danger and international cooperation is neededto remove this problem. In recent years criminal groups as making gradual prog175conflicts and abuse of children by paramilitary forces and an extensive range ofhygiene risks including cholera and malnutrition and malaria and yellow feverand deliberate amputation and sexual misuse and sexually transmitted diseaseshave not been focus of systematic research and size of this problem has not beenmeasured properly yet. Since there are lots of children who are in grave needof care services international organizations do not have adequate resources tofulfill these children’ basic needs. It is difficult to get them back to their normallife and success or failure of this task depends on several factors. Epidemiologyand health related factors of this issue are considered in this paper.
