One of the controvertial questions among the jurists is the case when there might be the effects of life after the retaliation execution and when he or she recovers his/her health،must the retaliation execution be repeated or not? Observing the literal meaning of retaliation which means following and continuing،if it is executed imperfectly،it is not really fulfilled. To define retaliation such words as redress of the crime just as it was committed aare used،and traditions and versions also denolte that retaliation must be repeated. According to the great jurists،the repetition of retaliation is necessary.
