Discovering The hidden layers in participative system influence on human resource productivity in administrative sector
By reviewing literature of human productivity, it's obvious that participation of employees and partnership environment is one of the main suggestions. But how human productivity is affected by participation of employees? In this paper we try to answer this question. In other word, we will illustrate that participation of employees initiates two groups of guarantees that improve productivity of employees which we call them substantive and procedural guarantees. The hypotheses in this research will be tested in C. O of I. R. I as one of the greatest and important economical organization in Islamic Republic of Iran. statistical population was 2500 and 334 of them were selected randomly. The result shows that developing employ's participation forms the cluster of Guarantees such as Substantive Guarantees, and Procedural Guarantees. Substantive Guarantees like commitment, motivation and trust help the employees to shape their cognitive body. Procedural Guarantees such as effective decision and empowerment are external and helps the employee to do their duties better.
