TQM Relationship and Effectiveness of it on Chosen Athletic Federations

Total quality management is defined as Control and management of activity according to senior management leadership and developing of them to all units. These management and controlling actions is concentrated on a modal warranty which has been acquired from created quality. The purpose of this article is survey of TQM relationship and effectiveness in five sporadic athletic federation of country. These federations include the federations of: Taekwondo، Karate، wrestling، track and field and badminton. The method of this article is a survey description. The statistic society of this article includes the sporadic athletic federation of country’s chairmen، vice presidents and secretaries which 15 (five federations) persons have been selected for this statistic society. The tool of this article was TQM and effectiveness questionnaire which its containing credit has been confirmed by the masters. The coefficient perpetuity of TQM questionnaire and effectiveness using Cronbach’s alpha is acquired 79 and 98 percent. For statistic analyzing of results descriptive and deductive methods such as analyzing variance tests spearman correlation coefficient has been used. The results show that there is a meaningful difference between implement of TQM management in Taekwondo، karate، wrestling، track and filed and badminton federations (p<0/023). There is not any meaningful difference between effectiveness in Taekwondo، karate، wrestling، track and field and badminton federations (p>0/106). There is not any meaningful relationship between implement of TQM management and effectiveness in Taekwondo، karate، wrestling، track and filed and badminton federations (p>0/05).
