Abstract:
The current study mainly aimed to investigate the rationality behind the establishment of non-profit schools and its harmony with the educational justice from educational experts’ viewpoints. To achieve the desired goal، the study used both analytical and critical hermeneutic perspectives. The results obtained from the current study showed that the establishment of non-profit schools is not in line with the social justice principles، though the due officials have all tried to include Rafeh Plan to make the schools as fair as possible. The results obtained from the interviews with the experts showed that goals such as parents’ cooperation in education have just been achieved apparently in providing financial resources for education. Moreover، the promotion of education quality has not been achieved practically. The experts have also raised criticisms regarding the functions of non-profit schools، the most important of which are reproduction of social hierarchies، hierarchical split، non-real education and mental side-effects for students.
