Review policy support in agriculture (Case study: Soybean Mazandaran)

Mazandaran province has the climate, facilities and worker prone conditions favorable for soybean production. Government with support tools such as input supply and distribution, insurance, appraisal guaranteed pay direct and indirect subsidies and other effective measures, oilseeds producers to achieve the basic minimum benefit is secure. Based on the study using information collected from Mazandaran Jihad and Agriculture External Trade Statistics for 2006-2007 to review comparative advantage in agricultural production in the province with DRC index of political analysis and PAM matrix was paid. Results showed that production of Mazandaran province has a comparative advantage. According to the NPC price index over the market price is a shade and so producers benefited from subsidies and market support is the product. According to the EPC standard government intervention to benefit production operation has in total input and product markets are supported.
