Why and What Is the Process under Which Religious Minoritism Turns into a Security Threat

In addition to contributing to a more effective decision-making, giving a systematic and sensible picture of the reasons and the backgrounds that can account for why religious-ethnical movements are shaped, and making a scientific study of the process in which their activities become a security threat all can create an increased awareness and create a knowledge-based structure in security studies. On the other hand, a major national security threat throughout the country is the especial approach that exists towards religious sectarianism on the basis of the way religious identities stand out and religious identities become political in the society; that is why it is well represented by the title “religious minoritism”. As it challenges the national identity with its own specific ideological background and function, it will lead to a polarized society which in the end weakens the national security. To present an analytical observation and explanation of this problem, the present research tries first to make an analytical study of the causes and backgrounds that account for why the religious minoritist movement is shaped, and then to explain the process in which a neutral religious minority in the society turns into a security minoritist movement.
