Analyzing the Barriers in Developing Free Speech Tables Based on University Scientific Members Views

Abstract:
Objectives
The purpose of this study is to analyze the barriers in developing free speech tables and scientific discussions based on the ideas of ghom Islamic azad university scientific members. Method
The method of the present article is descriptive-survey and statistical community of the research included all scientific members and 120 of them were selected by random stratified sampling method. Data collection is through questionnaire and validity of. /89 based on likert scale. In order to analyze the data deductive statistical, Z test and variance (F) are used. Results
The results of the survey indicate the preventing role of following factors in order: cultural, policy making system, official and structural, research services, and provocation factors. Based on the ideas of ghom Islamic azad university scientific members; cultural factors are the most important factor, lack of organizational support is the most effective factor and elites ignorance on the aims and structure of free speech tables is the least effective barrier. Conclusion
The author of the article concludes the major challenges in the way of free speech table's development as follow: culture development, research development, cooperation, knowledge sharing, and team work.Keywords:
