Influential Social Factors on Social Movement of IAU Faculty Members

This article's purpose is study of Islamic Azad University role on improving social movement of faculty members. Survey method and questionnaire are used in 33 branches of IAU in the country and 399 questionnaires are analyzed. The results show that there is an intergeneration and intra-generation social movement in the majority of the sample. There is not a significant relation between variables (gender, ethnic and religion) and intra-generation social movement but there is a significant relation in intra-generation movement between men/women and different ethnics. Job movement opportunities are equal after employment and unequal opportunities are about outer-organizational factors and before employment.
