Marital adjustment and its dimensions in family life cycle of employed women

One of the most important points in marital relationship is the amount of satisfaction and adjustment in couple''s marriage life. So the aim of this study was to investigate the marital adjustment and its dimensions in family life cycle. 211 employed women were selected according to convenience sampling. The instrument used for data collection was Spanier Marital Adjustment. For statistical analysis، one-way analysis of variance was used and to identify differences between groups، Scheffe''s test was employed. The findings showed significant differences among working women in four life cycles. Employed women play multiple roles، and it can influence their marital function and adaptability.
