A Study on Satisfaction Level of Patients Referred to Emergency Centers of Zahedan

Abstract:
ntroduction: pre-hospital emergency care plays a vital role to maintain a high quality of life.patients should be provided as soon as possible with these cares. Emergency medicine is one of the most important aspects of therapy with rapid and appropriate actions, in saving lives and undeniably great value, and according to the pre-hospital emergency(EMS) patient satisfaction as one of the parameters is important. This study aimed to assess the level of satisfaction of service recipients in various sites of affiliated EMS IN ZAHEDAN University of Medical Sciences in 1392, during the Nowrooz holiday.
Methods
This cross-sectional study of over 350 people Zahedani citizens Year traveler referred to various bases in the southern province centered communication and care of persons requesting to call 115. Data analysis was done using the questionnaire developed by the research team, including demographic questions and satisfaction of services provided to outpatients whichwere collected using appropriate statistical models and software SPSS 18
Results

Lot of satisfaction with the care given to 280 (80%) people. maximum satisfaction to the Azarastgy coverage of employees 286 (81.71%) and case management technicians with his patient and cargiver respect 281 (80.29%) had the lowest satisfaction rate of cleaning and health inside the ambulance or equipment (76.29%, respectively).
Conclusions
The results of this study more attention to the lines of planning principles for training staff on how to deal with his patient and cargiver respect their human dignity, education of staff with new medical equipment, Proper use of the equipment inside the ambulance arrangement is more evident.
