Newly found records from the Bakesh tribe regading Moeen-at-Tojjaar Bushehri's possessioning Shulestan lands

Reporting initiatives of Moeen at-Tojjaar Bushehri to enforcing his ownership to Shulestan (later: Mamasani) lands. Method/Research Approach: Analysis of library materials and archival records Durring the reign of Mozaffar ad-Din Shah Qajar (Reigned:1896 -1907) Shulestan ladnds was endowed to Moeen at-Tojjaar, who was under the protection of Great Britain Empire. To enforce his owndrship, he resorted to local, national, and foreign authorizes. He also added fuel to differences among locals by bribing chiefs of tribes. As the result, the region faced crisis for a long time. The entral government sent troops to the region several times with no success. Moeen at-Tojjar leased parts of lands to the Sowlat Ad-dowleh, the chief of Qashqai tribe. During later years of Qajars and beginning of the Pahalavi, Boyr-Ahmadi tribes entered a series of bloody conflicts and lootings.
