The Effects of Ecstasy on Hemogram in Presence or Absent Selective Serotonergic System Inhibitor (Fluoxetine) in Adult Female Rat

Message:
Abstract:
The use of Ecstasy 3, 4 Methylen Dioxy Amphetamine (Ecstasy) even in the little amount can be very dangerous and great dose of it for long period of time cause not only addiction but also may probably cause the psychological maladjustment and psychological disorders. The animals, which are used for this experiment, are 72- desert mouse of female sex, which is divided in to nine groups eight mice were placed. The groups are containing of 1:control group 2:witness group 3:fluoxetine witness 4:the group of minimum ecstasy 5:the group of intermediate ecstasy 6: the group of maximum ecstasy which contain doses of 2.5/5/10 (mg/kg.bw) consequently. 7: the group of minimum of ecstasy and fluoxetine 8:the group of intermediate of ecstasy and fluoxetine 9: the group of maximum of ecstasy and fluoxetine which contain doses of 2.5/5/10 (mg/kg.bw) of each them consequently. Fluoxetine interjected to animals four days sooner and after 21 days of ecstasy prescription, the blood samples were accumulated and after that the blood factors were analyzed. The results of data according to computer program of SPSS, and statistical tests of ANOVA and independent sample T-test were observed in the significant surface difference of P<0.05.Probably the effect of ecstasy on the amount of prolactine and fluoxetine and also on the amount of Dopamine causes the great increase on the mount of which globules. And the simehemeouse existence of ecstasy and fluoxetine cause the increase of white globules, but this increase was more in the mere ecstasy groups. With the affection of ecstasy on the secretion of Norepinephrine and cortisol hormone and ACTH, the great increase can be observed in the amount of lymphocytes. But the simehemeouse use of ecstasy and fluoxetine is come along with the separation of sertonine from the nervous terminals cause the decrease in the amount of lymphocytes. Ecstasy by the effect on the apoptosis death causes the increase in the amount of Monocytes, but the simehemeouse dose of ecstasy and fluoxietine on Dopamine. With the effect of ecstasy secretion of Cortisol hormone and ACTH we see the decrease in the amount of Granolocytes and that’s because of the effect of fluoxetine on the thyroid hormone, but ecstasy itself act strongly in this deduction and the existence of fluoxetine weaken this deduction effect. The simehemeouse use of ecstasy and fluoxetine probably cause the increase of red blood cell and that’s because of in compatible effect of ecstasy on the body temperature and serotonine of Cortisol, but the more dose of ecstasy has no effect on the amount of red cells. Ecstasy causes the increase of the amount of plaques by the effect on the secretion of Norepinephrine. The simehemeouse of this two cause the increase in the plaques and that is because of the effect of fluoxetine on the secretion of Dopamine. According to the findings, Ecstasy and fluoxetine on some blood factors lowering effect on the others, has a multiplier effect. So is recommended if additional research results in human samples is similar to findings in patients clinically poisoned by these drugs to prevent deaths of patients to review their Hemogram consider
