Moral panic, Approach to understanding Shia-phobia

"Islamophobia" and "Shia-phobia" are one of the main challenges facing the Muslim world; this subject closing decades of the last century had a profound impact on the Islamic countries. This paper is trying to review what and how to develop the project of Shia-phobia by the use of key concept of moral panic and theoretical framework of discourse analysis as a method to analyze library data, and statistics qualitative and quantitative information for media by the describing-analytical method. In other words, in this study, the concept of moral panic is used in order to explaining the nature of Shia-phobia by the discourse analysis of E-Laclau and C- Mouffe as a conceptual framework for analyzing.
