An Ambidextrous Learning Model and Fitness of it with Different Forms of Knowledge Assets of Organization

Abstract:
One of the new research increasingly influenced interest of managers and researchers is ambidextrous and impact of it on organizational various aspects. That means what mechanisms can an organization benefit to succeed in both exploration and exploitation from? In this article, the authors have tried to compatible and extend bilateral learning in organizations with reviewing the literature and in-depth overview of the theoretical foundations in the area of mutual learning and way of interacting with organizational knowledge stores i.e. intellectual capital (human capital, organizational capital, social capital and customer capital). Finally, based on three-level model of mutual orientation in organization and combining it with typology of ambidextrous learning, they have accessed to an analytical model that may suggest process and output of necessary steps to access different types of ambidextrous in organization in three levels of input. The resulting conceptual model can be obtained according to the logic of comprehensive cooperation as a guide for many future researches in areas of mutual orientation, ambidextrous learning and knowledge assets.
