Relation between time management skill of managers and job stress employers in EAST AZAD University of Tehran" (GHIAM DASHT)

Todays, stress plays on important role in industrial societies and existing complications in working environment, also it appears with physical and mental symptoms and dysfunction in performance. The purpose of this research is to study the relation of time management skill of managers on job stress of employers. 28 Sample among managers and 69 from employers of Azad Islamic university human science faculty of East- Tehran were selected in year 1389-90.Theyreplied to the questions of time management skill and job stress questionnaire.Findings with multi-variable regression show that there is a significant relation in p≤%5 in managers time management skill and employers job stress. In addition, in sub scale of time management skill there is a negative significant relation in p≤%5 between goal setting and authority delegation of managers with job stress of employers. Also there is a significant negative relation p≤%5 between time management skill of managers with organizational stress and nature stress in employers in sub scale of job stress.However not only significant relation between time management skill of managers with physical stress Conclusively, time management skill in managers is a predictable variable for job stress in employers.
