Style Analysis of Sheik Baha i's Hadith Books

Styles of writing, is a new method recently developed in Persian literature, and gradually found its way into other knowledge domains. Muhammad Jafar al-Kattani - contemporary Sunni scholar - was the first person who dealt with style analysis of hadith books. The book al-Risala al-Mustatrafih is a gift of this lasting research study. Shi`a scholars have recently got this way. One of the benefits of style analysis is that researchers got familiar with writing styles of writers and do their research with determination and also restore some of the styles of the past. This is a small effort to introduce three writing styles of the great author Sheikh Bahai. His hadith writings indicate his high rank in the field of hadith studies. The author of the present paper tries to make a review of the style of hadith writing in Sheikh Bahai’s three books: al-Arba`un Hadith (Forty Hadith), al-Habl al-Matin, and Miftah al-Falah (Key to Salvation).
