The Process of Assessment and Prioritization of Environmental Scanning in the Basij

Monitoring is the one of the Basical Method of future-study that will be prepare the probability of Monitoring the signals, events, propellers and future trends for organizations such Basij organization. The Question of this research is that how should be the assessment and prioritization of environmental scanning in the Basij? In this research we used the qualitative method and distributing the questionnaire and we interviewed with knowledgeable, people in charge and managers in Basij organization. The result findings showed that the rate of necessity for Basij Monitoring is extensive and very extensive amount 97 percent and they were expressed that the most appropriate Monitoring method is ‘durable Monitoring” with 91 percent. The capability of Basij Monitoring, in order to priority are volunteer manpower, comprehensive structure and organization, the tools and equipment’s with the various classed of society that playing role in Basij organization, with creating observation network on the basis of the dispersion of various classes of people who are members of Basij. In the result we found that it is necessary that preparing the possibility of utilization the member’s volunteer capability for having durable and organized Monitoring and with considering and immuring from strategic blitzed, for suggesting proper and useful decisions.
