Effective Factors on Honest Action; Skill (Operative Elements) and Structure in Science Institute

The author of the present survey intend at analyzing the Effective factors on honest and not honest action; skill (operative elements) and structure in science institute. The method of the present research is survey and statistical community of the research includes 110 M.A. people in communication sciences faculty at allamen Tabatabaee University. Simple random sampling and questionnaire based on honest and not honest action is used. Data are analyzed through SPSS software and concluded in cronbach, s Alpha (0, 7). The results of the research indicate that the effect of operative element in royal behavior is more than structure and the effect of structure is more than operative factor in none- royal behavior. The author of the paper concludes 41,7 of the participants believe in the coincidence affectivity of operative element and structure; while the previous researches focused on just one of the two factors. The results of the survey also revealed that most of the unfaithful participants use the projection reaction.
