The validity of Rijal expert's opinion in aspect of authority of reasonable presumptions

The recognition of reliability or unreliability of tradition narrators which is the necessary preliminary in plenty of jurist deduction، often depend on Rijal experts’ assessments. The learneds discuss some manners to authenticate to the past Rijal experts’ assessments، like authority of solitary narration، witness or specialist opinion or blocked the path of certitude، that in each case exist some difficulties or limitations. In this article in addition to consideration and criticism of these cases، this point of view is discussed that not only the substantiation of special topic or cause of specific agent has no affection in presumptions authority، but also what cause obviation of prohibition and permission of working according to presumption، is that the probability reach to a level which obviate quandary and doubt mood for wises in proceeding and lead them to action. In the way of authority of this class of presumption which called them «Reasonable presumptions» can easily prove the validity of most of Rijal experts’ assessments about reliability of narrators.
