The History of the organized and Committing Crimes as a group is Equal to the life of the crimes، Although Definition of this gang of the crimes and the heavier punishments toward Individual crimes have short history. There are great differences in opinion between the jurists and the Criminologists In order to the explaining the meaning of the organized and despite the consensus on the Possibility of organized committing of some crimes، There is no single definition for this kind of the crimes. In the Rules of Iran، the organized crimes have not been specifically mentioned and the Phrases such as «band»، Group and conspiring without any definition about the group crimes have been used. In the Jurisprudence texts، the Organized as a separate issue not addressed But in the criminal Titles such as Bghy، violence and corruption on earth، VP of Ism، spreading and Tvaty، organized has been considered and sometimes caused changing or augmenting the perpetrators punished. Gardening can be identified with the organization. Which organized caused the death of prisoners and Injured، Property will be pursued fugitives and Booty contexts of their property.
