An Investigation of Education and Educational Justice in John Rawl's Theoryof Justice

The current study investigates the role of education and educational justice in John Rawls’ theory of justice. The study has used descriptive-analytic methods as well as theoretical and practical comparisons. The results showed that education has been highly emphasized in this theory under topics like civil justice، education as the primary goal and family responsibility for the new generation. Moreover، the relationship between justice and education in the theory of justice is a bilateral relationship in which they strengthen each other. What، why and how of educational justice which can be applied for educational policy makers، curriculum developers and teachers have been analyzed in this study.
