Consumption Pattern Improvement and Productivity in Organizations (With Concentration on I.R.I. Police Organization)
Denomination of the year 2009 by the Supreme Leader as “Consumption Pattern Improvement Year”, inspired all organizations to pay more attention to this very importamt issue. One of the substantial methods of consumption pattern improvement is establishing productivity in various organizational levels, because the issue is among the cases, which are followed by all organizations. Benefiting from materials, equipment and facilities are in a definite and specific level, and contribute to formation of organizational productivity, however, human capital does not have any specific level in this regard and its role is so important. Producyivity of thought and intellectual potential of human capital is the essence of organizational productivity, and in case human capital is expanded and applied properly, it can have a direct relationship with consumption pattern improvement with which will be dealt in the present research. In order to achieve the goal, and with respect to vastuess and multidimensionalism of the concept of productivity, the present research is aiming at reaching a common and comprehensive understanding of the concepts. Afterwards, it is intending to indicate the substantial link between the two issues throughsearching in the concept and issue, and finally to better benefit from time, and secular and spiritual resources in organizations. However, it is worth mentioning that in the research, especial attention is paid to human resources productivity in organizations, and reviewing their productivity in Oraganizations, and reviewing their productivity in I.R.I. Police is related their mission.
