Traffic Police Responsibilities and Public Buties from Law Enforcement Religious Commandments View Point

Abstract:

Due to having flexibility, Islamic commandments has provided religious commanders and clerics with the capability to extract the required laws and regulationsfrom religious commandments, resources, whenever they face any problems which didn’t exist during the era of he holy prophet of Islam. The regulations dealing with pedestrians and motorists have mostly concentrated on atonments. Of course some words such as leader and drive are used in religious commandments, texts, and their responsibilities have been looked in to. The present article has surveyed some instances of traffic issues in religious commandments such as pedestrians reponsibilities in occurence of car accidents, and third party reponsibility in car accidents. Finally, supreme clerics have been formally asked abaut traffic issues, even though there weren’t any vehicles during. The era of the holy prophet and during the time Imams issued decrees. However, some texts about pedestrians and riders that had been developed those days, and can be true today, to be used as the basis for legislation and issuing religious decrees.
