Identification and prioritization of factors leading to successful Knowledge Management at the Organization of Libraries, Museums and Document Center of Astan Quds Razavi

The aim of this study was to ridentify and prioritize the important factors for successful knowledge management at the organization of Libraries, Museums and Document Center of Astan Quds Razavi. This study is an applied research using both survey and Delphi methods. The primary model of research was finalized by Delphi technique. To test the model, opinions of 27 university scholars and managers and senior experts in the organization were collected findings revealed that the important factors for successful knowledge management at the organization by priority were: leadership and support from the top manager, organizational culture, education and retraining, documentation, the strategy for knowledge management, storage of knowledge, rewarding and motivating personnels, management of human resources, information technology, management of organizational infrastructures, processes and activities, measurement of performance, elimination of the limitation of resources, and modeling from the best samples.
