Pathology of Retailing Stores Function in Rural Development Case Study: Homeh Rural District, Harsin County

Retail stores have important situation in villages. This subject is important in social and economical dimensions. Therefore this paper studies pathology of retailing stores in rural development in Homeh rural district in Harsin County. Investigative method was descriptive-analysis. Reliability was calculated by alpha Cronbach(equal0.70 & 0.72) and validity accepted by experts in geography, rural development and agricultural economics. Statistical method was mean and factor analysis. Software was SPSS. Statistical society was census method. Statistical society was 35 from 40 people. Results show retailing store's effect on handicraft, selling to tourists, marketing for rural crops. Attitude of people about retailing stores is weak, but purchasing count and tendacy of sellers to work in stores are Strong.
