Islamic Jurisprudence of Hadith " silence is as gold"

Since Hadiths quoted by prophet Muhammad (SA) and Ahlul-Bayt (AS) are commentator of Quranic verses and a model to human being life, it is necessary to achieve their intention because each Hadiths have been issued based on a certain situation and some reasons by prophet Muhammad (SA). One of these Hadiths which play a key role in everyone life is “silence as gold”.By analyzing library references will be said that silence and speech have a certain status in this paper. Since silence is valuable as gold, speech, also, is equal to advocate right and to overthrow falsehood.
