Relationship between organizational intelligence and the use of information technology in Bu-Ali Sina University

Abstract:
The main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational intelligence and information technology in Bu-Ali Sina University in the Academic year of 91/92. A correlation research method was used. The statistical population (N=777) included all employees of Bu Ali Sina university. Using stratified sampling method and based on Kergecie and Morgan table 260 employees were selected as study sample. Two questionnaires were used for data collection، including Questionnaire of organizational intelligence including 49questions and the questionnaire of information technology including 26 items. To determine the validity of the instruments content validity was used and reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach''s alpha were estimated، respectively to be. /77 and. /84. The results showed the situation of organizational intelligence was a bout tee average but information technology above the average. There was positive significant relationship between organizational intelligence and application of information technology.
