The study of the influence of dynamic capabilities on organizational performance with BSC approach

Necessity of gaining competitive advantages to compete and gain profit is clear for all. One of great theories in this field is creating dynamic capabilities. So in this article the influence of dynamic capabilities as a guideline of gaining competitive advantage on organization performance has been reviewed. On base of literature review 5 aspect of dynamic capabilities uncovered include of internal, external, innovation, adaptive and aligning capabilities. For performance measurement we used the balance score card (BSC). This article is descriptive survey which is applicable. Statistical society was detergent companies in Tehran province so the example picked by using limited society exampling. The opinion of expertise and managers got for verification under the fact that our sample is about 330 we distribute our questionnaire through experts of detergent companies in Tehran city. By using structural equation model,( SEM)  and path analysis in LISREL software examination of main and subsidiary hypothesis has been done. At last validity of relation between dynamic capabilities and organization performance approved. We also find out internal, innovation and adaptive capabilities has impression on performance.
