Improve Organizational Performance Based on both Intellectual and Social Capital Approach

The evolvement and development of mankind has led to the evolvement of the desires, aspirations and needs. Though historically organizations have taken on various roles and responsibilities, today they have more functions and expectations are higher. On the other hand, in today's competitive word the organizations need to improve their performance continually, making their best to achieve organizational excellence. This has resulted into increasing significance of intellectual capital. In addition, each organization has interactions with both external and external environment. Being considered as social capital, this relation is somehow a sort of social capital in the organization. Given the importance of the effect of capital and social capital on the organizational performance, this study aims to offer a model of two intellectual approaches: humanistic (structural, and relational) and social (structural, cognitive, and relational) to improving performance of Bank Saderat. The sample of this study comprised of the managers, line staff and headquarters staff and the research design was analytical and descriptive. The results show that relational aspect, and humane aspect (intellectual capital) and relational-cognitive aspect (social capital) has the highest effect respectively.
