Evaluating the Feasibility of ISIS Presence in Afghanistan

ISIS showing a tenacity structural and functional to following the development of the land and Deeping of dialogic among other groups and extremist spectrum is in different regions of the Islamic world.It seems that Afghanistan is one of the objectives will be to expand ISIS because of the historical role in the production, growth of extremism and have a position in the international strategy.Understanding of the feasibility and these developments involves and examination of various aspects of this issue that is finds the "reality" in the early stages.In order to answer the main question that " did platforms and components are available for publishing ISIS phenomenon in Afghanistan?' This hypothesis can be demonstrated that capabilities geopolitics, ideology and strategic of Afghanistan has provided favorable context for presence of ISIS and its affiliates in this land.For this purpose, the diffusion theory is used to study the phenomena of diffusion method.According to the finding of this article with respect to attraction strategic geopolitics, excisions the ideology platform, presence the extremist groups, weakness structural, Americas strategic goals in central Asia and Russia, regional competition with the Islamic republic of Iran and etc.Platforms presence and alignment is available with ISIS in Afghanistan it can be as a "secondary focus ISS."
