A Study on policies and strategies of sport for all in comprehensive sport plan of Iran

The aim of this research was studying programs, policies and strategies of sport for all in comprehensive plan. Statistical population included administrators, managers and public sports federation and faculties of sports management in universities of Tehran that Consisted 73 people totally. Descriptive research method was applied. The questionnaire of research distributed among subjects. To determine the validity of this questionnaire experts comments were taken. A pilot study with 18 subjects has followed in order to determining reliability (Cronbache Alpha = 0.91) Finally, Friedman test was used. According to results, there was a significant difference between strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats, sport for all section of comprehensive plan. These differences were sorted according to the importance of each variable. In addition, we found that WT (internal weakness and external threat) is mostly concerned in sport for all section of comprehensive plan, in condition, based on SWOT, Strategy WT, for out of this situation, are presented. According to this strategy, the strategy of survival (or avoid) is known, the organization's defensive weaknesses and seeks to minimize the impact of external threats diminish the organization fights for its survival.
