Martial Ethic of the Holiness Mohammad(PBUH) in the War

Abstract:
The Holy War that in Islamic jurisprudence known as "Feghh-Al-Jihad", is the one of the secondary parts-tenfold in Islam religion and regarded as principal subjects of jurisprudence. The nature of Islamic jurisprudence is moral and humane nature, because, had been derived from Quran and prophetic tradition. The Holy Quran, always, calling the muslim to rights observance and humane ethics, even in martial and critical conditions. Therefore, may be said that Feghh-Al-Jihad, too, have a moral basis. Ethics here means that the set of values that had been observed by the Holiness Mohammad(PBUH) and the muslim in martial condition such as the way of treatment with non-martial persons, injured persons and martial captives, the environment, corpses of enemies, trust and seeking-help of God. Indeed, the way of humane treatment of Holiness Mohammad(PBUH) with martial problems is that have importance role in realization of war nature and martial ethic. Indeed, the way of the Holiness Mohammad(PBUH) humane treatment with martial affairs is that had a importance role in understanding the nature of war and meaning of martial ethic. The act and statements of the Holiness Mohammad (PBUH) on the basis of Quran's orders, is the foundation for legislation that can be examined from moral and training viewpoint.
