The principal of justice in Jurisprudence of Islamic sects

The perceptions of jurisconsultes through jurisprudence is not an invariant view, some of them examined jurisprudence only in individual fields and believe that duty of jurisprudence is to determinate duties of Mukallafs In their personal life, but a group of tem especially contemporary jurisconsultes in addition to points that are consider in individual jurisprudence, they know jurisprudence as a source for demonstrating social rules for all people in a society and a base for ruling the Islamic government. It is obvious that both of these views will bring differences and changes in deductions of jurisconsultes. The second view has a complete view through jurisprudence. the principal of justice is one scales of Islam that truly is part of Ahkam’s reasons. In other words justice is dominating on Ahkam not subordinate on Ahkam. Thus justice for jurisconsult could be source and scale that he could deduction and assay. This article briefly tried to illustrate the principal of justice in jurisprudence of Islamic sects.
