Necessity and scope of "parenting jurisprudence" in religious education

Parenting had been one of the serious issues for Parents from the beginning of the creation، and its styles have studied in the last decades by behavioral sciences. Parenting based on jurisprudence is the idea that this research seeks to explain. This idea is entitled as «parenting jurisprudence» and we should try to receive to a complete meaning of it. to receive to this purpose، first of all we have a pathological review on the parenting styles among Islamic thinkers in Islamic history and society، then by analyzing nowadays damages of parenting، try to show necessity need for specialized «Islamic education» and then the scope of ''parenting jurisprudence''. After that، by limiting the concept of «parenting jurisprudence»، the author''s will try to explain «parenting jurisprudence» based on a verse and an authentic tradition to show the Islamic texts capacity about this branch of jurisprudence.
