Spoken Style and its Role and Concept in Explaining the Quranic Teaching

Abstract:
Since the Holy Quran is the last divine book and its teachings are for all times, in addition to the literal meaning, it has deep inner layers which, in order to be realized, requires their own style and technique. One of these techniques is the spoken and conceptual style. Spoken here means a meaning which can be easily inferred from the verses. In simpler words, spoken refers to the apparent literal meaning of the verse which is stated with different reasoning. Concept means a meaning which has not been stated in the discourse and can only be inferred by the structure of the discourse which includes the proponent and opponent concepts. In the proponent concept, the verdict is spoken regarding abdication and affirmation and vice-versa in the opponent concept. Therefore, it can be claimed that Quranic verses have different inner meanings, and they are also divine knowledge and it is in light of understanding these methods and being aware of the differences of these reasonings in Quranic verses that the performance of the interpreter in achieving reference-based verses will be increased.
