Discussion This study is descriptive-analytical and obtaining data is based on the field study and by the tools of questionnaire. Data obtaining is done through three groups of the residents (382 persons)، authorities (40 persons) and experts (38 persons). in order to data، SPSS software package is used. furthermore to imaging data Arc GIS is used and the results are displayed on a map. Both descriptive and inferential analyzes have been conducted. Initially of Piranshahr on CDS indices have been measured in terms of civic groups. Thus، Initially، the mean of each indicator and sub-criteria have been achieved and the status of each indicator in Piranshahr assessed. Then with using from inferential statistics to significant difference among the groups in relation to indicators has been. Different views of urban neighborhoods Piranshahr based on the Kruskal-Wallis test was specified.
