Prohibition of the sale and abuse of drugs and reasons of its development from the perspective of islamic fiqh

Abstract:
Addiction is one of the major challenges of today's society. Religious reasons, Muslim communities are far from the effects of parasitic diseases. Also preserved are the risks due to the prohibition of masturbation and drinking wine.However, due to the neglect of the transaction and the use of drugs and lack of understanding of its place in the context of Islamic law, it may have been contaminated. This paper uses descriptive literature to investigate abuse and dealing drugs sanctity of Islamic jurisprudence has been developed. Research shows that in terms of religious scholars the biggest reasons for the spread of crime is drug, and scholars believe that drugs are dangerous weapon that the interest of the people and sow discord among Muslims is applied to the enemy and forbidding to know the most of any purchase and sale of drugs and their use.Results show that sowing Islamic values rid of the drug. Moreover, the plights of people hooked on drugs, human deviation from the straight path and descend to the world and its pleasures and lusts.
