The Effect of Organizational Justice, Perceived Organizational Support, and Psychological Empowerment on Job Performance: the Mediating Effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior
Performing the tasks and works ordinarily by employees will not lead to developing organization in the present extremely competitive environment; butwill endanger the existence of it. Therefore, attention to the role of Organizational citizenship behavior in developing effectiveness and efficiency of organization is very important. Thus the present study focuses on effects of organizational justice, perceived organizational support, and psychological empowerment on Organizational citizenship behaviorand job performance. For this purpose, firstly we reviewed the research literature and offered research hypotheses, and finally we tested the hypotheses. The Statistic society of this study encompasses all official-financial and medical employees of Shahid Faghihi hospital of Shiraz. Analyzing of 150 questionnaires showed that Organizational citizenship behavior influenced by organizational justice, perceived organizational support, and psychological empowerment; and job performance influenced by organizational justice, perceived organizational support, psychological empowerment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Therefore, we can declare that by having justice in distributing organization resources and rewards, provision of various mixes of motivating’s (physical and spiritual), reinforcement of self-confidence, managers could promote Organizational citizenship behavior and job performance.
