Arrest challenges in Iran and U.K. Legal Systems

U.K. allows for detention prior to committing crime; police can arrest any person against whom logical a reason for criminality exists. On the contrary, in Iran legal system arrest can take place only when the right is issued and when the accused escapes after committing evident crimes. In both legal systems, in case of any crime accordance, officers in the process of arresting the accused are allowed to use gun in the framework of law. The present paper tries to compare and contrast the two legal systems in terms of arresting the accused.
