The Comparison service quality perspectives spectators in equestrian club and volleyball

Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to compare the dimensions of service quality perspectives spectators’ equestrian club (Private) and volleyball (public) in spectators of volleyball and championship course of Gonbad. The statistical population was all over 18 years old spectators who watching major sports in Gonbad sport facilities. Statistical samples based on the Morgan table were 384 for equestrian Spectators and 357 for volleyball Spectators Data collection was done from a stratified random sampling method. Data analysis was done by analytical and descriptive statistical the minimal level of significance was set at. The results showed that there was a Significant difference between the service quality of dimensions including program quality with (t=1/95)، interaction quality (t=4/59)، environmental quality (t=1/91،) and outcome quality with (t=2/31) in perspectives spectators equestrian club and volleyball club. In all the above aspects، the quality of services offered to the spectators in equestrian club، compared to volleyball club was better.
