Women's rights from the perspective of the Quran (With emphasis on fundamental rights)

One of the important issues that remains debated in the constitution is the rights of women. Since the position and rights of women in the law have been one of the most controversial topics and received many different interpretations, it is inevitable to research on the sources of constitution to achieve awareness from its systematic geometry on the basis of religious foundations and its revelatory genesis. The present article has explored the rights of women in the constitution of Islamic republic of Iran and deduced the foundations and most significant rights of women. The writer is of the view that these foundations and fundamental rights of women would contribute us to describe the framework of laws, base the rights of women on the last divinely-revealed book and finally offer an appropriate symbol of religious interaction with the important issue of rights of women.
