The Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Life-management Strategies with Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Teachers

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between spiritual intelligence (SQ) and life management strategies with teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Participants were 240 teachers (130 male, 110 female) from high schools of Qazvin these teachers were selected through cluster sampling complated and answered three questionnaires: The SISRI-24 King 2008), the Life Management Strategies Freund and Ballets (2002) and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Podsokoff et al (1990). The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and step-wise regression analysis. significant positive relationships were found between spiritual intelligence and life management strategies, teachers with organizational citizenship behavior and there were strong correlations between spiritual intelligence and life management strategies with organizational citizenship behavior. Reasearch findings indicate that spiritual intelligence and life management strategies are effective factors organizational citizenship behavior.
