An investigation of Shea jurisprudence ups and down factors after Sheykh Tousi and studying influencing conditions in its re-growth

Jurisprudence periods and revolution in jurisprudence methods is in direct relationship whit socio- religious conditions of Shea communities as such that; it can br considered as reflecting element of a historical era characteristics، while it can also be considered as influencing factor in forming next era elements. This changes dose not just involve jurisprudence branches and provisions expression، rather it involves deduction methods and jurists role in provisions application. Two important eras of Shea jurisprudence were simultaneous with Ilkhanid and Teymuri governing era. First era is recdssion and imitation era of Shea jurisprudence، continuing till mid seventeenth century. After that one of longest eras of Shea principles and jurisprudence started and again Shea jurisprudence experienced an era of development and mobility. In this era with the advent of grand Shea scientists، jurisprudence faced with basic and important changes. In this article we have tried to investigate Shea jurisprudence recession factors after Sheykh Tusi and influencing conditions on its re-growth after Mogul era، considering Shea jurisprudence evolution from Ilkhani till late Teymuri era. However before that we have pointed to important figures endeavors and functions including Sheykh Tusi، Sheykh Mofid and Seyyed Morteza in this regard through having short view on before Ilkhani era. Moreover investigation of Mogul era scientist، s obstacles، opportunities and that era challenges is another part of this erticle. An investigation of Shea jurisprudence evolution and its vicissitudinous conditions during two mentioned eras is final conclusion of this article.
