The factors affecting on the youth maximum absorption in Basij and the strategies for increase their role

Abstract:
The mobilization of resources is the basic needs of defense that it was emphasized by the Quran, Imam Khomeini and Supreme Commander-in-Chief. This study is sought to answer the main question that which are factors affecting on young`s maximum absorption and strategies to increase their role in enhancing the quality and quantity in country`s scientific and academic mobilization? In this study we used a survey to collect feedback from experts, officials and experts on this issue, questionnaires and expert meetings and the formation of workgroup and library and documentary techniques to study the documents and texts (theoretical, empirical and statistical). Due to the limited number of existing society and the elite in society by using Cochran formula, from the 12319 elite of the country, 300 (a part of them are members of the Basij), randomly selected and among them we were distributed the questionnaire. Based on the results, enjoyment of structure and the constant and knowledge-based software and hardware organization are the most important factor in young`s maximum absorption in Basij
