Appraisal of the Effects of Strategic Trade Parallelism and Human Resource on Financial Key Performance and Employee's Satisfaction

Parallelism and symmetry between human resource management strategies and those of trade organization trade are considered as important factors affecting the improvement of the organizations’ performance. This research is intended to assess the effects of strategic trade parallelism and human resource on financial key performance and employees’ satisfaction. This applied research follows a descriptive survey method using two questionnaires containing 75 questions in Likert scale for assessing the variables. Research population contained companies of Copper Industry Organization of Iran. The questionnaires were filled in by 118 managers and 367 employees. The results indicated that the different types of human resource and trade strategies are affect key performance indicators and job satisfaction. Parallelism of these strategies turned out to have no effect on these variables.
